CHICKPEAS

Yum.

Recipe: Take a can of chickpeas, rinse well and pat dry with a towel. Add the chickpeas to a bowl then add in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add approx. 2 teaspoons garlic salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper (more or less depending on your taste). Toss well to make sure they chickpeas are well coated. Pre-heat the oven to 400F and while it’s heating up spread the chickpeas on a cookie sheet, making sure not to overlap them. Let them roast for about 30 - 45 minutes. Check often once you hit the 30 minute mark. If you like them a little more crunchy, cook them longer but make sure they don’t burn.
